You can delete your symptom checker chat history using the Babylon app or web portal.
Deleting your chat history using the Babylon app
- In the top right of the home screen, tap the Me icon
- Scroll down to Account setting and tap on Symptom Checker history
- Swipe left on each chat to delete it
Deleting your chat history using the Babylon web portal
- In the top right of your screen, click on the dropdown, then Account
- Scroll down and click on Chat History
- Choose the chat you want to delete and click the bin icon
