For safeguarding reasons all appointments made for children need to be via video. The child's parent or guardian will need to be present throughout the duration of the consultation.
Call our support team on 0330 808 2217 to book a face-to-face appointment for your child.
For most face-to-face appointments, you'll need to have a digital appointment first.
After your child's appointment
Consultation notes for your child will not show up in the app. If you would like a copy of the notes, you can email our support team on firstname.lastname@example.org and they will send them securely to your registered email address.
