A repeat prescription may be issued if a clinician has given permission for future prescriptions of the medication to be issued without making another appointment.
These prescriptions appear in the Me > Repeat prescription section of the app. One-off prescriptions are not shown.
We recommend checking you have the latest version of the app installed. If you have the latest version and cannot see your repeat prescriptions, email repeats.gpathand@nhs.net with:
- Your Full name, D.O.B., and address
- The medication you are requesting
- A screenshot of the Repeat prescription page in the app
- Which version of the app you have
To check which version of the app you have please follow these steps:
Apple devices:
- Go to Me section
- Scroll to the bottom of the page
Android devices:
- Go to Me section
- Open the settings icon
- Scroll to the bottom of the page
