If you are not seeing your repeat medications in the Repeat prescription section of the app, check what version of the app you have and update if a newer one is available.
To check which version you have please follow these steps:
Apple Users:
- Go to Me section
- Scroll to the bottom of the page
Android Users:
- Go to Me section
- Open the settings icon
- Scroll to the bottom of the page
If you have the most up to date version and still do not see your repeat medication then please email repeats.gpathand@nhs.net with the following information:
- Your Full name, D.O.B., and address
- The medication you are requesting
- A screenshot of the repeat prescription page in the app
- Which version of the app you have
