You’ll need to contact your chosen pharmacy and ask them to send your prescription to the pharmacy you would like to collect from instead.
How to check where your prescription was sent
This will be the last pharmacy you collected a prescription from. If you don't know which pharmacy this is, contact our support team on +44 (0) 3302 808 2217 or email email@example.com.
You can check in the app:
- Open Babylon.
- Go to Me then Repeat prescriptions.
- Select the medication to see your chosen pharmacy.
