You can specify which pharmacy you'd like to collect your medication from by doing either of the following:
- Telling your clinician during your appointment
- Emailing email@example.com with your:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Address (including postcode)
- The name and address (including postcode) of the pharmacy you'd like to collect from
The pharmacy you specify will then be known as your chosen pharmacy and prescriptions will be sent there unless you contact us to change it.
If you've already been prescribed something and didn't specify which pharmacy you'd like to collect from during your appointment or by emailing us, your prescription will be sent to the last pharmacy you collected prescribed medication from.
