The clinician will arrange for your prescription to be sent to the pharmacy of your choice.
If you didn’t choose a pharmacy during your appointment, the prescription will be sent to the pharmacy you used for your last prescription.

After your appointment, you’ll be able to choose if you want to collect your prescription or get it delivered. You can do this in the app:
- Open Babylon.
- Go to Me then Repeat prescriptions.
- Select the medication and tap Next.
- Tap Change pharmacy.
- Choose if you want collection or delivery.
You need to be signed up to the delivery service you want to use before you can get prescriptions delivered through GP at Hand.
