Text messages from GP at Hand

In common with other GP Practices, we may need to use NHS-approved software to communicate with you on occasion by text message (SMS). This helps us to ask you questions and send information and documents to you securely when needed.

These text messages will come from the sender 'NHS-NoReply':

We may also send you notifications by text message to keep you updated about your appointments. For example, we may send you appointment reminders. These messages may contain a link to the Babylon app.

We’ll never send marketing communications via text message.

If you have any doubts about the authenticity of a message from us that you were not expecting, please do not hesitate to contact us for more information.

If you want to opt out of all text message communications please let us know. If you choose to opt out, we will be unable to send you important updates, reminders, test results or other important communications.

Find out more information about how we use your data in our Privacy Policy.
