We aim to register you within 24 hours of submitting your application.
But, if we can’t find your NHS records or if you haven’t uploaded your ID documents it will take longer.
Valid forms of ID include:
- Driving licence
- ID or residence permit
Please ensure the photo uploaded is of good quality and includes all four corners of your ID.
If you have been waiting more than 24 hours, please check that you:
- Have answered all the application questions correctly
- Uploaded your ID
- Have given us your correct email address.
- Have checked your email in case we have contacted you regarding your application
