To update in the app:
- Go to Me
- Tap Clinical Records
- Choose Personal Details and tap Edit
To update on the web:
- Log in to your account
- Select your account icon (top right with your initials)
- Go to Account
- Select Personal Details and Edit
After you've updated your address in the app on the web, we will update your medical record. This usually takes 5 working days but can take longer.
You'll need to enter your password to access your clinical records for security. If you have forgotten your password, you can select Forgot password and we will send you a link to reset it.
